Justin came to Boulder in 2014 with a vision for the Rayback and pursued it with zeal bordering on obsession. He took what he learned in 5 years years in management at a telecommunications company and, combined with undisciplined imagination, turned it into Boulder’s only food park. Now that the Rayback is up and running, maybe he can join us on some backcountry ski tours, MTB rides, and canyon climbs once again.
