GILLIAN McKEAN BIDGOOD, a shareholder of Polsinelli PC in Denver, focuses her practice on counseling and defending employers in all aspects of employment law. She regularly counsels employers about employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, restrictive covenants, termination and discipline issues, and other daily employee concerns. Ms. Bidgood is a leader in the legal community, serving on the Denver Bar Association Board of Trustees, Colorado Bar Association Board of Governors, and the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professional Development. She has been recognized as the 2015 Denver Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year. Ms. Bidgood has written and taught on employment topics for both attorneys and employers.
