As far as patent, copyright and trademark matters are concerned, Rachel rules. She dominates intellectual property transactions and has a real knack for both domestic and foreign trademark prosecution. She’s also multilingual, knows her way around a Beethoven piece on the piano, and someday hopes to publish an espionage novel that will be better than the movie. Straight up, this one is the very best kind of smarty-pants. In college, Rachel majored in economics and molecular cellular and developmental biology with a minor in political science. Later, she attended law school at Boulder’s University of Colorado and interned at the school’s Technology Transfer Office. Professionally, she worked in a highly respected boutique law firm that handled only intellectual property matters before she joined Modus Law.
