Hank left his 8-year career in sales and leadership to pursue his dreams out west. A climber, skier, and cyclist, the Atlanta native finally realized the adventure opps in and out of Boulder were just a little bit sweeter. But that doesn't mean he's lost his manners over these past four years in Colorado. Any and every person is a friend - as well as a sir or ma'am - and someone worth sharing an adventure and a beer with. He's been lovingly nicknamed "The Heart" of the Rayback team.
