Hands on Fermentation Workshop

Get a taste of your summer harvest all winter long with the skills you’ll learn at Zeal’s NewCo event on pickling using the lactic acid fermentation technique. This is how pickles used to be made before mass production changed all that. Everyone in attendance will get to try their own pickled combination and receive a complimentary pint jar to ferment at home.
