Eating locally-grown food should not be a novelty. Eating clean, good food should not be difficult. We aim to be transparent about what we serve and where our food comes from. We help support the local farmers, the local entrepreneurs, and the local economy. We do this with a waste diversion rate of 79%. Our concept is simple, our hearts are big, and our sandwiches are delicious.
We are firm believers that local businesses should support and help each other every step of the way. This includes supporting local farmers and entrepreneurs, without whom, we would not have a business. We always wonder why everyone doesn’t conduct business this way. We will talk about how the idea of Organic Sandwich Company became a reality – from the Boulder Farmers Market to Pearl Street – and how our local partners make it all happen.
